Rates
Our rental rates are per week, Saturday to Saturday.
May through October:
500 euros
November through April:
350 euros
Discount for rentals over one week.
The rental rate includes all linens and cleaning services. We ask that you leave the house in tidy condition.
We require a deposit (30% of the rental rate) to book the house, then the remainder plus a security deposit 30 days before
arrival.
We can accept VISA payments through PayPal.
Cancellation Policy
If you cancel 30 days before your arrival we will return your deposit in full. If you cancel less than 30 days before your arrival,
we will do everything we can to rent the house and if so, we will return your deposit in full.
